Late Arrivals

We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable. However, depending on circumstances, we may be forced to shorten or reschedule your service. Clients who arrive late will be charged in full for their scheduled session.

Cancellation Policy

We respectfully ask that you give the Center a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an individual appointment, 48 hours for packages, and 72 hours notice for groups of three or more. Appointments cancelled in less than the required time or no-shows will be subject to a fee up to 100% of published service prices. Gift certificates will be voided if appointments are not properly cancelled. *Please note that appointments made the same day are subject to our cancellation policy as well.*

No-Show Policy

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate the next scheduled appointments. Depending on the length of the lateness, your therapist will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the FULL session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
